For Our Cinco Patrons

As we continuously adapt our business to the take-out only format we are presented with difficult new challenges that were never as evident as they were this past Cinco de Mayo. The lightning speed and sheer volume of on-line orders we received immediately caused unprecedented delays despite our dedicated staff's best efforts to meet your needs from our single-grill, three-oven kitchen. We are so sorry for any unexpected inconvenience this may have caused. 

As we work together as a community to flatten the curve, we at Rudy's are experiencing a learning curve and are so very grateful for the patience and understanding you have shown us. Needless to say it is no longer business as usual, nor will it be over the coming months, but rest assured we will strive to adapt to the changing world.

Thank you thank you thank you for your continued support. It ensures not only the livelihoods of our current staff but of those staff members we are anxious to welcome back once we are able to fully reopen.
